Winnifred Anderson, MBA, Prosci CMP

Winnifred Anderson is a strategic advisor and manufacturing operations leader with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across pharmaceutical semi-solids manufacturing, packaging, aseptic operations, SAP enterprise implementation and OEE-driven continuous improvement.

She has led teams of more than 120 people across multiple shifts, developed supervisors into promotion-ready leaders, guided a manufacturing execution system implementation and delivered capital projects over $2M. Along the way she learned that the hardest part of operational change is never the equipment. It is the people, and the leaders who guide them.

She founded Winning Culture on the belief that organizations succeed when their teams do. She is the creator of the LeadWell Framework, a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner, a keynote speaker, and the author of the Lead from Day One eGuide and The Clarity Journal: Lead with Intent.
