How many people can attend?

Leadership workshops work best with 8 to 25 participants. The AI Readiness Workshop is built for 10 to 60 people across departments.

Can you split sessions across shifts?

Yes. Most workshops can be delivered in half-day blocks so each shift releases people once, without stopping a line.

Do you travel outside Ontario?

Yes. Workshops are delivered on site across Ontario, and selected sessions and coaching can run virtually across North America. Travel outside the Greater Toronto Area is quoted separately.

What happens after the workshop?

You leave with a 90-day action plan. Many clients add Individual Coaching for key leaders or a Culture Video to keep the work visible.
