What it is

A leadership practice, not just a journal

The Clarity Journal: Lead with Intent is a structured 6-week leadership development practice. Built on the four pillars of emotional intelligence — self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management — it gives leaders a daily and weekly reflection system that compounds over time.

It is intentionally concise. After a full day of responsibilities and decisions, the last thing a leader needs is another overwhelming task. Each prompt is clear, direct, and designed to fit into the rhythm of a working leader's life.

Used as the core workbook in the People-First Leader coaching program, the journal bridges self-directed growth and guided coaching — giving leaders a permanent reference long after any program ends.
